Many who have studied the human interaction and 
personal awareness--including scientists and 
novelists such as sci-fi writer Ted Chiang, 
regard 'humanness' of 'AI' as deceptive. A 
solution: Replace "AI" with "HIE", where HIE 
stands for Human Imitation Engine. #hie

In the make-believe world of "AI" enthusiasts, 
consciousness doesn't matter. Or consciousness 
doesn't exist, even in humans. Or anything that 
has complexity, has consciousness.

Big tech imposes "AI" on schools. Realize what's 
going on: when conversation with a 'bot'--which 
is nothing but silicon and copy-paste--is 
pretended to involve intelligence, it implies a 
vision of humans as soulless. Children growing 
up with such a flat vision of human being can 
get severe depressions.

Guys who are good at facilitating chatbots can 
call themselves that: "Expert chatbot 
facilitator." When they call themselves "AI
experts", they (and the companies who hire them) 
show that they are uneducated and live in a 
make-believe world. Unscientific people believe 
that "AI" isn't a misnomer.

The second incompleteness theorem of Goedel, in 
the format that Church & Turing brought it into, 
in terms of computers instead of recursive 
functions--proves that a general self-correction 
program cannot exist. QED: there is no general 
perception, no general artificial intelligence, 
no self-repair.


POST:

Tech industry is obsessed with hypnotizing the 
population with the idea that there is a bit of 
thought in their chatbots. OBVIOUSLY THERE IS NO 
CONSCIOUSNESS IN "AI". There's more consciousness 
in any timer set to ring a bell than in any of 
their chatbots, for the timers exist in an HONEST 
context.


POST:

A conversation--whether face-to-face, analogue, 
or as digital chat--is in a sense an energy 
transfer from a person A to another person B and 
back, so that it resonates and it can enhance 
the mind of both. In "AI"-chat, there is _no_ 
energy transfer because instead of mind there's 
pretense of mind.


POST:

As K.Goedel showed in 1930, a rule-bound system
--as Turing later called 'a computer program'--
cannot predict even its own behaviour. It 
therefore can never exhibit general perception. 
As J.Searle showed, programs don't have 
consciousness either.  QED: intelligence of an 
artificial kind can't exist.
